3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, branding, and functionality — including the ERP Equations name and logo — are owned by ERP Equations and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, systems, or networks.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Site without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and timely information, grant necessary access to your systems where required, and ensure you hold the appropriate licenses for any third-party platforms (such as Oracle NetSuite) involved in the engagement.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Content

Our services often involve third-party platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, and Odoo. ERP Equations is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. All third-party trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party products.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERP Equations disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERP Equations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
