After all initial documentation is completed and business, technical, and functional requirement documents are completed, the deployment phase starts. During the deployment phase, we start configuring your system by having multiple sessions with different key team players. We make sure that the base configuration is properly done because the success of the project mainly depends upon a strong base implementation. We combine efforts throughout the project life cycle and provide guidance to clients to facilitate solution adoption.
