Deliver the Project

The Delivering phase consists of go-live and post go-live activities. Once your teams are trained and all UAT tasks are completed, we start preparing for the project cutover and go-live. Post go-live activities are mainly our on-site testing and making sure that everything is fully ready to be put into full use.

During the go-live week, our team provides you instant support and so you do not have any issues on your first day of your business in your NetSuite application.
