Deliver the Project
Delivering phase consists of pre and post go live activities. Once your teams are trained and all UAT tasks are completed, we start preparing for the project cut over and go live. Pre-go-live activities are mainly our smoke testing and making sure that everything is fully ready to do the cut over.
During the go-live week, our team provides you instant support and so you do not have any issues on your first day of your business in your NetSuite application.
